Forever Jewelry Policy 

If your forever chain needs a repair within 14 days of the purchase the first weld is free with a receipt present. Charms do not apply. NO exceptions. 

OC forever chain repairs are $5 per weld after the 14 day period. Non OC chains can be re-welded or altered to a shorter length for $15 per weld. 

If you loose your forever chain within the first 14 days a new one can be purchased with a 50% off discount. A receipt of the original purchase is required. Charms do not apply.
